POLÍTICAS DE CAMBIOS, DEVOLUCIONES Y GARANTÍAS

1. Derecho de retracto (Compras online o a distancia)

De acuerdo con el artículo 47 de la Ley 1480 de 2011:

El cliente tiene 5 días hábiles desde la entrega del producto para solicitar el retracto.

El producto debe:

Estar sin uso

En perfecto estado

Con empaques originales

Con todos sus accesorios y manuales

Los costos de envío por devolución serán asumidos por el cliente.

El dinero será reembolsado en un plazo máximo de 30 días calendario.

No aplica derecho de retracto en:

Productos de uso personal o íntimo

Productos personalizados

Productos en promoción o liquidación (si se especifica previamente)

2. Cambios por gusto o talla

El cliente puede solicitar el cambio dentro de los 5 días calendario posteriores a la entrega.

El producto debe estar:

Sin uso

En su empaque original

Los costos de transporte (ida y regreso) deben ser asumidos por el cliente.

El cambio está sujeto a disponibilidad de inventario.

3. Garantía por defectos de fábrica

Todos los productos cuentan con garantía por defectos de fabricación.

Condiciones:

Tiempo de garantía: 30 días calendario desde la entrega (puedes ajustar según tu producto).

Aplica cuando:

El producto presenta fallas de funcionamiento

Llegó roto o incompleto

No aplica cuando:

El daño fue causado por mal uso

Golpes, caídas o manipulación indebida

Desgaste normal por uso

Proceso:

El cliente debe enviar evidencia (fotos o video).

El equipo de soporte evaluará el caso.

Si aplica, se realizará:

Cambio del producto, o

Reparación, o

Devolución del dinero.

En caso de garantía aprobada, la tienda asume los costos de envío.

4. Productos que llegan dañados o incorrectos

Si el producto llega:

Averiado

Incompleto

Diferente al solicitado

El cliente debe reportarlo dentro de las 48 horas después de la entrega, enviando fotos o video.
En este caso, la tienda cubrirá el cambio sin costo.

5. Proceso para solicitar devolución o garantía

El cliente debe enviar:

Número de pedido

Motivo de la solicitud

Fotos o video del producto

6. Tiempos de respuesta

Confirmación del caso: 24 a 48 horas hábiles

Procesos de cambio o devolución: 3 a 8 días hábiles (dependiendo de la ciudad)

7. Reembolsos

Los reembolsos se realizan por:

Transferencia bancaria

Nequi o Daviplata

El mismo medio de pago (si aplica)

Tiempo máximo: 30 días calendario según la ley.
